Lunch - Ham & egg sandwich (white bread, 2 slices), wotsits, yeo valley lemon curd yoghurt
Snack - 2 x Crumpets with jam, half scone with jam
Dinner - Chicken Rogan Josh (scratch made except for RJ paste), green beans, basmati rice, half Peshwari nan, onion bahji, Pear cake
Coffee x 3, orange squash
Exercise - walk dog
